Kickback Raffle – Terms & Conditions

Your raffle number will be emailed to you after the purchase of every raffle product. Please check your spam folder.

1. Introduction

The Kickback Raffle (“Raffle”) is hosted by The Kickback Company (“Company”). By purchasing a raffle-related product, including but not limited to The Lucky Lube Tee and The Lucky Lube Cap (“Raffle Products”), participants (“Entrants”) automatically enter the Raffle and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

• Entrants must be at least 18 years old and able to provide proof of age upon request.
• Entrants must be citizens of either Europe, Switzerland, Norway, or the United Kingdom.
• Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of The Kickback Company are not eligible to participate.

3. Entry & Participation

• Each purchase of a Raffle Product grants one (1) entry into the Raffle.
• There’s a minimum of 500 and a maximum of 1000 entries.
• Multiple entries are permitted; each additional Raffle Product purchased counts as an additional entry.
• Entrants must provide a valid email address to enter the raffle system.
• The Raffle will be held before Christmas 2025 on a date that will be announced.

4. Prize & Winner Selection

• The main prize is a fully serviced Yamaha XT500 1981, which must be picked up by the winner or arranged for transport.
• Other prize(s) will be announced by The Kickback Company and are subject to availability.
• Winners will be selected through an impartial raffle system.
• The drawing date will be 06-12-2025 (when the minimum of 500 entries has been reached).
• Winners will be notified via the contact details provided at the time of purchase.
• If a winner does not claim their prize within 30 days of notification, a new winner may be selected. This also applies if the winner is underaged.

5. Refunds, Returns & Disqualifications

• All purchases of Raffle Products are final after the raffle is held. Returning the products is not possible.
• Returning a Raffle Product will result in forfeiting the corresponding raffle ticket.
• The Kickback Company reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

6. Liability & Indemnification

• The Kickback Company is not responsible for any technical errors, lost entries, or unforeseen issues affecting the Raffle.
• By participating, entrants release The Kickback Company from any liability related to their participation or prize acceptance.

7. Changes & Termination

• The Kickback Company reserves the right to amend or terminate the Raffle at any time without prior notice.
• Any changes to these Terms & Conditions will be posted on the official company website or platform.
