KICKBACK DR650 COMPETITION – TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Promoter

2. Purpose of the Promotion
This promotional competition is organised to promote Kickback clothing, related products and events.
3. Eligibility
• Open to individuals aged 18 years or over
• Participants under 16 may only participate with consent of a parent or legal guardian
• Open to participants worldwide
• Employees or affiliates of the Promoter are not eligible
4. Promotion Period
• Start date: 30/04/2026
• End date: 27/06/2026
Entries submitted outside this period will not be valid.
5. Method of Participation
Participants may enter the competition by purchasing eligible Kickback DR650 products. Each product includes a specified number of entries outlined on the website. Entries are automatically allocated and linked to the participant’s email.
6. Communication Costs
No additional communication costs apply beyond standard internet charges.
7. Prizes
Main Prize:
• Suzuki DR650 motorcycle
Additional Prizes:
• Full bike service by Bird Bikes (€600)
• Mosko Moto Reckless 10L bags (€350)
• Red Wing care package (€335)
• EastBound ultralight enduro trail kit (€200)
Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
8. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries. A single draw will take place from 5th place to 1st place.
9. Draw Date & Announcement
• Draw date: June 27th, 2026
• The draw will take place at the Kickback Social event
• The winner will be announced live at the event, via Kickback’s official Instagram account, and via email contact
10. Prize Awarding
The winner will be contacted directly. If no response is received within 14 days, a new winner may be selected.
11. Prize Fulfilment
Motorcycle:
• Must be collected in Europe, OR
• Shipping arranged and paid for by the winner
Additional Prizes:
• Shipped to the winner
The Promoter is not responsible for shipping costs, import duties or taxes, or registration requirements.
12. Gambling Tax
Any applicable gambling tax or similar charges are the responsibility of the Promoter, unless local laws in the winner’s country require otherwise. Participants are responsible for any personal tax obligations related to receiving the prize.
13. Liability
The Promoter is not liable for loss, damage, or injury arising from participation, technical issues affecting entry, or delays outside its control.
14. Availability of Terms
These Terms & Conditions are available on the Kickback website and accessible before and during the promotion.
15. Complaints Procedure
Complaints can be submitted via Info@bringthekickback.com. Complaints will be reviewed within a reasonable timeframe and the Promoter will respond within 14 days.
16. Compliance
This promotion is conducted in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Promotional Games of Chance.
17. General
The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion if necessary. Any changes will be communicated via official channels.
